Privacy policy

Last updated 28 October 2026.

TessellateAI is an AI consultancy run by Cohen Bosworth in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and how we look after it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

What we collect

When you book a call we collect:

  • your name and email address
  • your business name, if you give it
  • anything you choose to tell us about your work and the tools you use
  • the time you booked and your time zone.

When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

To stop abuse of the booking form, we keep short-lived counters derived from your IP address. They're one-way keyed hashes that change every day, so they can't be turned back into your IP address. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

Only to arrange your call, prepare for it, contact you about it, and reply to you. We don't sell personal information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it's stored and who can see it

  • Booking system: runs on Cloudflare. Your name, email, business name and answers are encrypted (AES-256) before they're stored, and only Cohen can view them.
  • Calendar: when calendar sync is switched on, the booking (your name, email and answers) is also added to TessellateAI's Google Calendar so we can manage our schedule, and Google sends you the invite.
  • Email: email to our tessellateai.com.au addresses is delivered to a Google (Gmail) mailbox. Booking confirmations are sent through Resend, which receives your name, email address and booking time to deliver them.

Cloudflare, Google and Resend may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We use them because they provide strong security, and we only give them what's needed to run the service.

How long we keep it

Booking records are deleted automatically 12 months after the call. Emails are kept while they're needed for our work together, then deleted.

Your choices

You can reschedule or cancel a booking with the private link in your confirmation. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing[email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll try to fix it. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner atoaic.gov.au.
